Fresh stoneground masa (corn dough) made from Mexican heirloom corn (1kg)

We use wholegrain heirloom corn which we nixtamalize and stonegrind with volcanic grinding stones in our molino. The masa is free from preservatives and has a limited shelf life. We suggest to use the masa as soon as possible, preferably within 3 days of purchase for the best result.

Masa can be used for a wide variety of gastronomic purposes including to make tortillas, tamales, sopes, gorditas, pupusas, arepas, huaraches, and tlacoyos. It can be used for cold and warm drinks like agua de maíz, atole, champurado, glutenfree cookies and even icecream.
